OPERATIONS
Truck 1: Bulli to Helensburgh (Mon-Tues-Wed-Fri-Sat) = 40 hrs/w (1AM to 9AM)
Truck 2: Fairy Meadow-Balgownie-Towradgi (Mon-Wed-Fri) = 18hRs/w (3AM to 9AM)
Admin: From your house (Sun-Mon-Tue-Thu-Fri) = 15hs/w (3:30PM to 6:30PM)
DAYS OFF: Delivery = Thursdays/Sundays/Every Public holidays
Admin = Wednesday/Saturday/Every Previous day to public Holidays
WORK INVOLVED
Admin: Takes the orders (Text-Fax-Email-Messages-Or calling customers) for next day. Separate by truck, send order to Dairy Farmers.
Drivers: Drive to DF depot (Kemblawarra business Center) pick up order from bulk milk, then deliver.

TAXES:
DF business is all on the books. The good part if this is that running the business from your house, you can deduct all the expenses of the house from it.

TRAINING
Fully provided. By contract is two weeks, but I'M happy to give you more time.
PROCESS TO BUY.
Once we are agree on a price and you are interested to buy, we need to set up a first meeting with Dairy Farmers.
If you decided to go on, then is paper work involved, financial checks, business plans, etc.
It takes a minimum of 12 weeks.
We will help you during the whole process.
PRICE
$209,000 + bank deposit guarantee for Dairy Farmers (Aprox $60.000). Negotiable, refundable by your bank
The bank deposit guarantee, is your part of your working capital. Is a guarantee for Dairy Farmers, that lock in for them to use in case you do not pay bills or have a problem that stop you to run the business. The money is fully return (+ interest) once you sale the business or finish your contract.
Is not necessary to have all the money, part can be financed by your bank.
Contract until JUNE 2022, you are getting a franchise agreement with Dairy Farmers. Negotiations will be open at that moment to define future operations with all franchise owners (Australia wide – over 700) with the support of Milk Vendor Association (MVA)

Depends how you run the business, is the money that you will weekly make. The business can be run by one person.
To give you an idea a driver or the small truck will cost you $450 a week.
So basically if you work in the business doing admin and driving one truck, you will earn $2800 a week.
